Do Christians sin?
Yes- unfortunately we do. But here's the thing:
•we are quick to repent and seek forgiveness
•it's not as repetitive as before we were saved
•though we know we're forgiven, we accept the consequences and make restitution when possible
•we rarely, very rarely, engage in disastrous and destructive behaviors
•we seek to be stronger each day so that most of our sins are of the mind, eg. cursing, anger, bad moods, etc.
BUT THANKS BE TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER THAT WE ARE NO LONGER RULED BY
SIN- for it is no longer I who lives but CHRIST LIVES IN ME: we live in the SPIRIT and walk
by the same HOLY SPIRIT!

Everything
“Do you love me?” —
John 21:17 (NIV)
These
words weren’t just a question — they were an invitation.
Peter
had denied Jesus three times in His darkest hour. The shame, guilt, and sorrow

Brothers and sisters:

During one of my lessons with the missionaries, we went to the visitor center for a tour. At first the lesson was going okay but then when they started talking about families and happy moments, I became so sad. At that moment my family felt so broken. I couldn’t think of recent happy moments with my family. There was so much pain and darkness around us. I remember feeling so low that I didn’t want to continue with the lesson. I wanted to leave. I didn’t care about what they shared afterwards. The missionaries sensed that I no longer was engaged. They put me in a room and had me watch some videos and then left (they went to pray …they didn’t know how to help me so they went to pray for guidance)
They came back to the room and one of the missionaries looks straight into my eyes and said “God loves you…” those three simple words pierced my soul. It’s like my whole life there was this emptiness and I finally found what I was missing… I was missing the knowledge of how loved I am by God. I truly felt like God himself wrapped his arms around me that moment. I left that room different…alive …filled …embraced…and truly loved.
His love has carried me on till this day. Knowing how much God loves me has changed my life so much.
I hope you know that God is real and his love for you is unconditional and everlasting.

There I was at Target on Black Friday when, amidst the busy shoppers looking for deals, I heard a loud crash and something shattering. Being nosy, I walked towards the sound and saw some people whispering and looking back to the end of the next aisle. When I walked down that aisle, I saw that an older lady had hit a shelf and many things had fallen to the ground and broken. She was kneeling on the floor embarrassed, frantically trying to clean it up. I felt so bad for her.
Everyone was just standing there staring at her. So I went and knelt beside her and told her not to worry and started helping her pick up the broken pieces. After about a minute, the store manager came and knelt beside us and said, “Leave it, we will clean this up.” The lady, totally embarrassed said, “I need to pay for all this.” The manager smiled, helped her to her feet and said, “No ma’am, we have insurance for this, you do not have to pay for anything!”
If you have read this far, give me another minute…
Wherever you are, close your eyes, and imagine Christ doing the same for you! Imagine the broken pieces of your mistakes or the pieces of your broken heart. There they all are, scattered all over the floor. And there you are, on your hands and knees, trying to collect all of the pieces to somehow put them back together again. Now imagine the Savior comes and kneels right down beside you, smiles and says to you, “Leave it all there, I will clean this up for you.”
Jesus loves you that much and wants to put all of your pieces back together if you will let Him! With Him we have this insurance and it’s called GRACE! It’s free! All you have to do is ask Him to forgive you, help you, and to heal you. He’s faithful, I promise!

Today June 13th, 2023, my older sister Raquel was told that she is cancer free.
I am so greatly grateful. Raquel is my spiritual mother as well as my oldest sister, she has been one of the great influences of my life. I prayed for God's will to be done. If Rachel were to have cancer, I pray that God may take her without much pain.
You see I know that we are eternal beings and there is no sense of living in pain while we can live an eternal love where there is no sadness, no weeping, and no pain (Revelations 21). I pray that God's will be done knowing that Raquel will touch many lives encouraging them, praying for them, giving counsel, and praising God.
Oh, how wonderful that God cares for us with such compassion and kindness. Thank you, heavenly Father. Thank you, God. Jesus, you are our Lord and Savior and Risen Redeemer.

Today's scripture says that we fulfill this law when we choose to come alongside and help carry the burdens of the people around us. We help ease the burdens of others when we choose kindness, mercy, and generosity. It happens as we take time to listen, to pray, and to help. No one is meant to walk through this life alone, and each of us can play a role in helping to make someone's burden lighter. As we do, we discover that we are being lifted too...by a God who cares!

Here is a man who was born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman. He grew up in another village. He worked in a carpenter shop until He was thirty. Then for three years, He was an itinerant preacher. He never owned a home.
He never wrote a book. He never held an office. He never had a family. He never went to college. He never put His foot inside a big city. He never traveled two hundred miles from the place He was born. He never did one of the things that usually accompany greatness. He had no credentials but Himself...
While still a young man, the tide of popular opinion turned against him. His friends ran away. One of them denied Him. He was turned over to His enemies. He went through the mockery of a trial. He was nailed upon a cross between two thieves. While He was dying His executioners gambled for the only piece of property He had on earth – His coat. Do Christians sin?
Yes- unfortunately we do. But here's the thing:
•we are quick to repent and seek forgiveness
•it's not as repetitive as before we were saved
•though we know we're forgiven, we accept the consequences and make restitution when possible
•we rarely, very rarely, engage in disastrous and destructive behaviors
•we seek to be stronger each day so that most of our sins are of the mind, eg. cursing, anger, bad moods, etc.
BUT THANKS BE TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER THAT WE ARE NO LONGER RULED BY
SIN- for it is no longer I who lives but CHRIST LIVES IN ME: we live in the SPIRIT and walk
by the same HOLY SPIRIT!

How pleasant when your neighbors of 11 years are the George & Eloise. We are close friends and we interact
frequently. We share the JESUS LOVE as we sojourn this life’s path.
Then, we had for five torturous years- Mr. Alabam! We had to call the authorities several times to put some “sanity” into this man’s “wreck ball.” Even so, we provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner on several occasions. We baked cookies or cake for him. We tried
reasoning and imploring. Nothing worked! Yet, when he was forced out of his home it was not by our hand: he broke the law and was caught! He came to us sobbing, asking for forgiveness for his disruptive life and his thanklessness toward our kindness. WE LOVED HIM WITH JESUS JOY & PEACE!
We build all our neighbors lives with compassion and good deeds.
Whether we personally prefer them or not, we SHINE GOD’S GOODNESS towards our neighbors.
Thank you JESUS for your GRACE & MERCY, because we all fall short of perfection!

The flesh relishes in doubt. I pray for something and then the doubt arrow says, "Really?
I thought you lack nothing. Remember Psalm 23:1, you hypocrite!" My prayer for healing, relief from physical pain, and even desires to leave this temporary world unleashes
arrows of all sorts of doubt.
My real weakness is not forbearing, poor faith, and lack of temperance- that is, lack of self-control. Forbearance, faith, and temperance are fruit of the Spirit. Thus, my weakness is not spending real time and qualitative time in the scriptures, prayer, worship, and listening for the Holy Spirit's guidance.
I really need to immerse myself in godly activities and shut down the distractions of work, television, games, and the excess of time killers."Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path," Psalm 119:105. Renew my heart, soul, and mind as well as my strength of seeking YOUR LOVE!

Getting rid of the ego supremacy's illusion is a daily battle for me. Ego desires to be I & only I. But it is no longer I who lives, but CHRIST who lives in me. I can detect that struggle of my flesh especially when I am giving credit to myself like "badges of personal success. It's so very unnecessary! It's always empty and a very lonely place.
Thank you JESUS that you are the center of my life. Thank you Holy Spirit for your gentle and never ending promptings.

💚 #84 Hate Can Never Co-Exist With Love
Hate is violent and hate has its own language and its own destiny of destruction. It is an error to think that we can use hate language without consequences.
I had a conversation with a friend and he is a gun lover. He teaches at a shooting range, he is licensed to carry a weapon and provide security to families, individuals, and groups. Every Sunday night he dedicates his time to his hobby and his new second career of guns and bullets. He owns over 200 weapons.
He was joking at age 70 about killing people. In jest, he said I want to kill people good or bad. I paint my bullets red so that it makes it difficult to find my bullets after I shot someone. This language is dangerous no matter how funny you may think it is. Hate language always has destructive consequences.
One of the ten commandments states "thou shall not kill." Killing should never be a laughing matter because it is totally opposite to the great love of God in Jesus Christ.
Oh, that we should see that violence is never part of God's compassion and benevolence. Let's stop watching and listening to hate language, hate movies, and all that is hate related.
Hate Can Never Co-Exist With Love.

Let us stop playing God and simply love every person. The Holy Spirit will use that love to woo the person into the fold that God offers everyone: a life of love, joy, and peace in this life and for eternity.

An elderly woman in Scotland lived in abject poverty. Many years earlier, her son had left to live in America and had not returned to visit. One day a friend inquired, "Does your son ever help you?" Reluctantly she admitted, "No, but he writes me nice long letters and sends me interesting pictures."
The friend wanted to speak harshly of the man, but he held back and simply asked, "May I see the pictures?" The woman took them out of a drawer and to the friend's amazement, they were all sizable banknotes. Through the years she had been needlessly living in poverty.
It's up to us. We can neglect God's Word or we can appropriate its riches by studying it and letting God's Spirit teach us. Its treasures will delight our hearts, stimulate our minds, and strengthen our lives.
Don't live like a pauper when you're a child of the King. Cash in all "banknotes"! -P.R.V.

If you watched the movie "NOAH" with Russell Crowe, you would have seen when they represent Adam & Eve in the Celestial Paradise called Garden of Eden. They were
ENERGY BI-PODAL BEINGS [EBB]. I really liked that.
I imagine all humans to be such beings of energy. I believe that is who we all will become. I also see such EBBs to be brilliant & most beautiful multi-colored. Colors that leave us wonderstruck like the light creatures of the deepest seas or the occurrences of the galaxies & universes.
What are these COLORS? The COLORS of LOVE: kindness, compassion, joy, peace, faith, hope, and ALL that is GOODNESS [aka GODLINESS].

I'm going to reverse the fruit of the Spirit because it gives me an insight that I find most wonderful. Temperance, which many call self-control, temperance of the flesh and it's desires. Self-control can only exist when there is humility. That is to say, self-control comes from a state of meekness. Meekness, of course, seems to be such an un-American thing. And yet, meekness is the most brave thing that any of us can possibly possess. This bravery can only come from One source: it comes from faith. You see faith is the bedrock of hope, faith in God, faith in Christ. True faith is born from goodness. When the human mind produces good things we know that it has come from a spirit of gentleness. Gentleness is another word for kindness. Kindness, my friends, is the bedrock of all GOOD things.
Wow! I will say it again, wow! Where does this kindness come from? Actually, from who thus such kindness come from? The answer, of course, is from the love of God. God is love. The Bible tells us that God is love. From Infinity thru Eternity, "I am that I am" is love. Kindness directly comes from peace. The state of peace is the state of tranquility and being calm and being quiet and satisfied. That is peace.
We enjoy peace because of the word joy. That's right, we enjoy the joy of peace because peace comes from a life that experiences joy. Joy is forever. Joy is not a quick high and then you come back down. Joy is a state of unending happiness. And this is the fruit of the Spirit. The fruit of the spirit is love and love produces all these wonderful things that I have just read to you in reverse.
In the chapter 5 of Galatians we read the fruit of the spirit is love. It is interesting to know that in the original language of the New testament, specifically, what they call Koine Greek, the word fruit is singular. So let us imagine that the fruit of the spirit is love. What does his love look like? What is love? We are not left alone to guess such greatness.
In fact, we are told clearly what God is: love is joy peace and patience. This patience is not what we use today in America like a balloon with a smiley on it. The word patience is actually forbearance. The word patience is long suffering. This is a concept that most Americans find very difficult to understand or grasp. Most of us live in such comfort that we have no idea, I repeat, we have no idea! Long suffering means that we suffer for a long time. Most people in the world suffer for their entire lives. But it is from such experiences where we find the birth of kindness, gentleness, goodness, faith, humility, meekness, which ultimately gives us the incredible quality of temperance.
That's the temperance that truly crucifies the flesh and the desires of the flesh to the cross of Christ. This temperance is strong. This temperance wins over sin. Don't think for a moment that sin is fun because there is no fun in anything that can so utterly destroy and produce such evil. Where there is no temperance there is chaos, where there is chaos there is no law, where there is no law there is nothing but slavery, and where there is slavery we find the worst evils which human history has attested to our very shame!
I join St Paul. I join St John and all the wonderful biblical saints, men and women, throughout the New testament and saying thank God for his love in Christ that saves anyone who would simply come to God and simply say, " help me." The love of God in Christ never, never, never refuses anyone who says sincerely "help me."I will close this small clip by quoting John 3:16, "for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, his one and only Son, that whosoever- I want to repeat that: WHOSOEVER- anyone and everyone can come and believe that Christ loves you and Christ died for you- that person is granted eternal life. Amen.

God has spoken, once again. Of all places, a giant white billboard with three black words in Hollywood stated: "YOU BELONG HERE," on my way to the airport. I wanted to leave and not come back. I felt that TOLERANCE & TRUTH could not co-exist to a FULL DEGREE. My wife and I decided that I should go to Florida to visit my mother afflicted by Alzheimer's. She already has difficulty knowing who I am. My thinking was an 8-week break. I was hoping to visit my newest grandson in Michigan. I had soo many emotions flying.
Followers of Jesus Christ are called to the temperance of sober- mindfulness that spawns from the humility which is found in being Christ-minded. These thoughts are all in the Scriptures. We are called to walk in a manner with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
God was calling me to a life of "BEING & DOING" TOTAL NON-VIOLENCE. What shall I say about my darling wife, Marie: a walking "angel" and an ocean of peace. My eldest sister and surrogate mother, Raquel- tolerance to a "fault." But of course, there is no flaw because Christ is BRILLIANT in these lives. God's SPLENDOR in them is the light of the living Christ to the world.
Yes, Lord. I am now TOTALLY obedient to your spiritual gift of and call to a tolerance that ALWAYS speaks kindly while affirming the truth of love, joy, peace, self-control, kindness, gentleness, and all that is good. Physical, mental, nor emotional harm can separate me from the love of Christ. I am finally committed to TOTAL NON-VIOLENCE including things that do violence to our spirits, minds, hearts, and souls. I will fail but will quickly
seek God's forgiveness. Strike me Satan! Strike me enemies of Christ! The Holy Spirit will guard me even to the pain of death which has no sting to those who follow the living resurrected Christ. Any suffering will be joyfully welcomed for Christ's name and His sake.
I ask forgiveness of ALL who have experienced my lack of tolerance.
Remind me if I falter. I thank you.

It is in the simple and obvious will of God that the very end of true religion resides and the only thing of eternal value is to be found- THE LOVE OF JESUS.

What is the pure unadulterated will of God? It is utterly simple and just this:

This portion of Scripture in of itself should be unquestionably enough to know God's will. Jesus called it the greatest commandments. Jesus spoke it and lived it by daily actions. But God in His boundless grace provides a glorious repetition that truly leaves each person without any doubt:
*A new command-"Love one another." (John 13:34)
*The ultimate apologetic- "By this, all men will know that you are my disciples if you love one another." (John 13:35)
*The royal law- "Love your neighbor as yourself." (James 2:8)
*The believer's allegiance- "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love." (Romans 12:10)
*The only debt- "Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another." (Romans 13:8)
*The great security- "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?...neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth,
nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in

*The fulfillment of the law- "...he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8)

*It has been, is, and always will be- "This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another." (1 John 3:11)
Here are the irreducible centrality and irrefutable message of the gospel: to love God with the love He has lavishly poured upon us, and to love ourselves and one another with His love. The Scriptures have scores of passages in love. The Scriptures are a book of love. It is God's love letter to mankind. Any serious study of God's Word must be subject to and to support a love for God and toward each other. If not, it is a useless doctrine of man and an exercise in futility. It is that simple and, yes, that obvious.

This picture draws an absurdity to the mind. Yet, it is in such absurdity that so many of us live our lives. Oh, that we could see how we are enslaved to the non-essentials of life while tragically we let the "patient" die.
To seek God's will outside of His love is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will with a cursory grasp of His love is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will with a payload of obtuse doctrines is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will outside of His love, in the light of eternity, is to seek all that is utterly insignificant: hence, the ultimate non-essential!

They told Marie not to hesitate to ask if there is anything else we needed. Victoria, my daughter has always shown such generosity. Kindness is so alive! It makes my soul rejoice to see kindness. Kindness is more powerful than evil. LOVE IS KIND: this is godliness. 3-16-20

❤ #40. Salvage defined as a verb is to rescue (a wrecked or disabled ship or its cargo) from loss at sea. As a noun it is the wreck. I contemplated on this word, salvage. I was touched on how this describes my life so well. The love of Jesus Christ salvaged me from the wreck I was born into a gangland drug- infested world. I was so broken by abuse (physical and sexual). I attended a public university where the dormitories were rife with drugs, alcohol and free sex. Here I chose poorly. I broke myself. I am a wrecked vessel with damaged cargo in a sea of sinful chaos. But with Christ, with His love, I found peace with my wife Marie. The love of God our Heavenly Father, and the grace of His only begotten Son- Jesus Christ, and the comfort of the Holy Spirit continues with us.

Life's journey is full of choices from very small choices- that seem inconsequential- to choices that seem at times so important. God provides the compass we need to navigate through these dynamics. For example, 1st Thessalonians 5: 15-18 provides such a terrific compass: 1. make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong 2. be kind to everyone 3. be joyful always 4. pray without ceasing 5. give thanks in all circumstances This is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. These five jewels (and there are many more) are the keys for life's purpose: LOVE GOD, YOURSELF, ALL OTHERS!

Without love, entering a house of worship is just going into an architectural building.
Without love, visions and dreams are mirrors and smoke.
The human that displays love in all attitudes and actions to all humans, without exception, there- all see God!

it is silly for a Christian to worry. It really is sad for any child of God to worry. To worry is a disservice to oneself and to others. Jesus said, "do not worry" (Matthew 6 25- 34)
The less we worry the brighter Jesus' love shines in us.
Either we worry or we can pray. Prayer allows us to express all our concerns to our Heavenly Father. We trust Christ and leave all the concerns at the foot of the cross.
Now, the spirit can really shine brighter in us.
So, DO NOT WORRY!

There is nothing greater than the love of God. The Scriptures tells us, "let your gentleness be evident to all." Philippians 4:5
The love of God in Christ in us
absorbs insults and injuries through love's long suffering and redirects the insults & injuries to the foot of the cross at Calvary. Saints say, "I forgive them Lord, just as you forgive me daily and always."
Those who live by the sinful flesh absorb insults and injuries. They internalize these hurts. Sinful anger fuels the vicious cycle of destruction.
Not so with longsuffering: it's patience blossoms into gentleness and goodness that is the gentler way.

God has spoken, once again. Of all places, a giant white billboard with three black words in Hollywood stated: "YOU BELONG HERE," on my way to the airport. I wanted to leave and not come back. I felt that TOLERANCE & TRUTH could not co-exist to a FULL DEGREE. My wife and I decided that I should go to Florida to visit my mother afflicted by Alzheimer's. She already has difficulty knowing who I am. My thinking was an 8-week break. I was hoping to visit my newest grandson in Michigan. I had soo many emotions flying.
Followers of Jesus Christ are called to the temperance of sober- mindfulness that spawns from the humility which is found in being Christ-minded. These thoughts are all in the Scriptures. We are called to walk in a manner with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
God was calling me to a life of "BEING & DOING" TOTAL NON-VIOLENCE. What shall I say about my darling wife, Marie: a walking "angel" and an ocean of peace. My eldest sister and surrogate mother, Raquel- tolerance to a "fault." But of course, there is no flaw because Christ is BRILLIANT in these lives. God's SPLENDOR in them is the light of the living Christ to the world.
Yes, Lord. I am now TOTALLY obedient to your spiritual gift of and call to a tolerance that ALWAYS speaks kindly while affirming the truth of love, joy, peace, self-control, kindness, gentleness, and all that is good. Physical, mental, nor emotional harm can separate me from the love of Christ. I am finally committed to TOTAL NON-VIOLENCE including things that do violence to our spirits, minds, hearts, and souls. I will fail but will quickly
seek God's forgiveness. Strike me Satan! Strike me enemies of Christ! The Holy Spirit will guard me even to the pain of death which has no sting to those who follow the living resurrected Christ. Any suffering will be joyfully welcomed for Christ's name and His sake.
I ask forgiveness of ALL who have experienced my lack of tolerance.

❤ #22. It is in simplicity that the gospel- the good news of His love- will reach our world with gentleness, compassion, and kindness without human judgment: wondrous grace! It is in the simple and obvious will of God that the very end of true religion resides and the only thing of eternal value is to be found- THE LOVE OF JESUS.

What is the pure unadulterated will of God? It is utterly simple and just this:
' "Love the Lord your God

This portion of Scripture in of itself should be unquestionably enough to know God's will. Jesus called it the greatest commandments. Jesus spoke it and lived it by daily actions. But God in His boundless grace provides a glorious repetition that truly leaves each person without any doubt:
*A new command-"Love one another." (John 13:34)
*The ultimate apologetic- "By this, all men will know that you are my disciples if you love one another." (John 13:35)
*The royal law- "Love your neighbor as yourself." (James 2:8)
*The believer's allegiance- "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love." (Romans 12:10)
*The only debt- "Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another." (Romans 13:8)
*The great security- "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?...neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth,
nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in
Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:35, 38, 39)
*The fulfillment of the law- "...he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8)
*The summary of whatever commandment there may be- "...summed up in this one rule:
'Love your neighbor as yourself." (Romans 13:10)
*The pinnacle of God's very being- "God is love." (1 John 4:8)
*The only place of complete freedom from fear- "There is no fear in love. But perfect life love

*The final evidence of the believer's faith- "Whoever does not love does not know God..."

*It is God's will- "Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him." (1John 4:16)
*It is the heart of obedience- "If you love me, you will obey what I command." (John 14:15)
*It has been, is, and always will be- "This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another." (1 John 3:11)
Here are the irreducible centrality and irrefutable message of the gospel: to love God with the love He has lavishly poured upon us, and to love ourselves and one another with His love. The Scriptures have scores of passages in love. The Scriptures are a book of love. It is God's love letter to mankind. Any serious study of God's Word must be subject to and to support a love for God and toward each other. If not, it is a useless doctrine of man and an exercise in futility. It is that simple and, yes, that obvious.

As preparations to save his life are taken with clockwork efficiency, perfected by the experience of hundreds of such emergencies, they notice a non-life-threatening fracture on his leg Incredibly, every effort is diverted to his broken limb:. x-rays, diagnosis, followed by orthopedic surgery are executed with textbook perfection. The leg is better than new. The patient, however, dies from a heart attack that was left unattended.
This picture draws an absurdity to the mind. Yet, it is in such absurdity that so many of us live our lives. Oh, that we could see how we are enslaved to the non-essentials of life while tragically we let the "patient" die.
To seek God's will outside of His love is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will with a cursory grasp of His love is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will with a payload of obtuse doctrines is to seek the non-essential.
To seek God's will outside of His love, in the light of eternity, is to seek all that is utterly insignificant: hence, the ultimate non-essential!

"LET GO ... & LET GOD!" My soul meditates and behold, this psalm speaks so much love. My flesh and heart have failed so very many times because I did not let go of worldly things and passions. But God is my real strength and my all throughout eternity! My weaknesses resist vehemently, but I let go of their lie and the illusion that they are my lot. All I need to do is be silent, still, and quiet because my loving and faithful God is my portion.

For decades I used the above 17 attributes (i.e. attitudes and actions) as a general index to classify/identify all Scriptures on the LOVE of GOD in CHRIST JESUS. My personal Bible became invaluable to me. I truly recommend for anyone to read the "love chapter" of the Bible: 1Corinthians 13 (actually, 1 Corinthians 12:31b-1Corinthians 13).

Yesterday was hard! DARK thoughts, weeping, and utterly sad. My head
was exploding. I know so many pray for me and I thank you because in the
midst of that pain, somehow GRACE keeps me. The Lord this morning took
me to the hymn "I Surrender All" & to the Scripture "Blessed are the pure in
heart, for they shall see God "(Mt 5: 8) The Lord spoke to my heart:. surrender
all, surrender daily, surrender your demons, surrender the pain, surrender your past, surrender your opinions, surrender your thoughts ... and I assure

❤ #5. GAZING WITH LOVE
At my age of twelve, I recall one of my favorite songs was: "I'm my Beloved's
and He is mine- His banner over me is Love! "51 years later this simple song is
still one of my all-time favorites. Henri JM Nouwen wrote a book that is
considered the flagship of his writings, "Life of the Beloved: Spiritual Living In
A Secular World. "Henri writes," What was happening between us seemed to
be quite similar to what happened when Jesus looked steadily at the rich
young man and 'was filled with love for him (Mark 10:21). "This sentence
grabbed my attention, my heart, and my deepest emotions. I used Strong's
Dictionary of Greek and this is what I confirmed:
· Love is agape (that moral love, to love dearly, the divine/human perfect love)
· "Jesus looked steadily" (gazed upon him, beheld him).
Every beloved should deeply look upon other humans with this deep love
regardless of whomever they are or whatever they do. Then, the power of
God's LOVE will manifest itself. Whether people walk away or engage you does
not matter. We are ALL loved by God. What anyone does with that AGAPE is a
matter solely in God's hands. So I remain to gaze upon you, God's beloved. :-)

❤ #4. GOD'S LOVE IS THE ONLY GOVERNING POWER
My precious children, my dear family, friends, and others- YOU ARE God's
beloved! I just wanted to inform you that any written or spoken material by
me (such as my doctoral dissertation) should be edited to add God's Love.
Anything rude, brazen, tough, etc. should be discarded. I have thrown
out my personal notes from Dr. Harry Conn's and Gordon Olsen's Moral
Government and my national lecture notes. Why? They chose man's
free will to be the governing force of their theology. I still do not embrace
Calvinism for the same reason- it chooses God's sovereignty as the central
force of their theology. GOD'S LOVE IS THE ONLY GOVERNING FORCE
(POWER, CONTROL, ET AL.) OF KINDNESS, COMPASSION, JOY, PEACE ... &
GRACE. Loving God, Yourself, All Others is the ONLY relationship all
humans are commanded to follow. Anyway, always use this as your
litmus test. The answer to the popularized question "What Would Jesus Do?"
is:. LOVE GOD, YOURSELF, ALL OTHERS I swell with love for you as God's
Beloved.
❤ #3. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Psalm 63: 3-4, "3. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will. praise you 4. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name, I will lift up my
hands. "Because of God's Love in Christ, we will live forever! No creed has
shown me care, no doctrine has been dear to me, no theology has shed
tears with me, no religion has reached me with unconditional love, no school
of thought has sacrificed anything for me, and no teaching has held me
tight. But God's love has done all these things and SOOO much more!
I remember decades ago a day that became one of my most cherished days
ever because the love was greater than life! My three precious children and I
played in a seven levels pool in a very exclusive Caribbean resort. We literally
spent all day there playing and eating inside a bar in the pool. We played
"Indiana Jones" climbing up against the current. We loved each other as one-
it was better than life! It was better than anything else in my life. Such is
unconditional love. Where did such love come from? My children at ages of
approximately 9, 8, & 5 did not know either. But there it was and it's still there
like it was just today. That, my beloved, I have come to realize, is the love of
God in the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Christ! Any human engaging
in such unconditional love is simply displaying and obeying what is written
as a divine fiat (authoritative order) in all human hearts: LOVING GOD,

me every moment. I write this because it is my glorious LOVE gift to give in
my death (a spiritual gain). I write this for my loved ones, their children, and
the countless souls I do not now know, but someday will. Who am I? My name
